About this award
A $1,000 bursary for Nipissing First Nation members with financial need who are starting a degree or the Indigenous Foundations Program at Nipissing University. If there are not enough Nipissing First Nation applicants, it can go to other Indigenous students. Students are considered through Nipissing's entrance award application in Grade 12.

- Self-identifying Indigenous student who is a member of Nipissing First Nation
- Entering first year of an undergraduate degree or the Indigenous Foundations Program at Nipissing (college transfer students with fewer than 18 credits also considered)
- Financial need
- If too few NFN applicants, open to all Indigenous students
