- From $750Fall 2027 or Winter 2028 entry, per year for 4 years: 80% to 84.9% gets $750 ($3,000 total); 85% to 89.9% gets $1,250 ($5,000); 90% to 94.9% gets $2,500 ($10,000); 95% and up gets $4,000 ($16,000) in the early rounds. A student with a $4,000 offer in March or May whose final average stays at 95% or higher is upgraded to free tuition for 4 years in July. Free tuition covers tuition only, not ancillary fees, and no dollar value is published for it. If a $4,000 or free tuition recipient's university average falls to 80% to 89.9%, the award drops to $2,500 a year.

Lakehead automatically awards renewable entrance scholarships to students entering directly from a Canadian high school with an average of 80% or higher. Yearly amounts are $750, $1,250, $2,500 or $4,000 for four years depending on the average. Students who hold 95% or higher through final marks can be upgraded to free tuition for four years. Renewal requires an 80% university average each year, or 90% for the top awards.
