About this award
The Burger King Scholars program is open to students living in Canada who are graduating from Grade 12 and plan to study full time the next year at a college, university, CEGEP or vocational school. Most awards are $1,000 or $5,000, with up to three $60,000 awards for top applicants, and payments are in U.S. dollars. Selection weighs grades, activities and work experience, and financial need about equally. Only the first 30,000 applications received are reviewed, so applying early matters.
